Great company to work with. Very informative. All my questions were answered in a timely matter. I ended up replacing 9 windows at my place with them.
They did a… read more good job breaking down the different options on the different type of windows. I would definitely use them for all my future window needs.Brian L.
12/28/2019These guys are Amazing!!! Easy to work with, very flexible with scheduling and super professional. Rob was my main point of contact and I didn't need to speak with anyone… read more else, he took care of me from beginning to the end. Fast and clean install and hassle free. I will definitely use Paul's Windows again in the future and will refer them to friends and family with confidence. Rob @ Paul's Windows is the best!!!!

10/21/2019This is my second review for Paul's Window but for Orange county team. I met with Paul many years ago when he came to do an estimate for my Mom's… read more house in West Los Angeles. He was super nice and his staff were all super nice too.
When we remodeled our entire condo in Irvine in 2019, even though there's a contractor there, we told them that we wanted Paul's company to change all of our16 windows. He was not too happy about it but I trust Paul's company. We thought they only covered Los Angeles area. So glad to know that they also have a team for Orange county area.
Then in late 2020 when we moved again, we contacted Paul's Windows to replace our French doors and front door as well. Fabricio and Javier were super nice. They always listened and responded to our questions. Because of the pandemic, we had to wait longer so the installation finally took place in early 2021. Then there's a problem with our front door. The cut wasn't right but they fixed it. Next time if we need to move again, we won't hesitate to contact them again for sure.
This is a great company and look no further.Lifie C.

I contacted 4 contractors for bids. Paul's Windows and 1 contractor quoted almost the same price, and 1 quoted $1000 high, and the other one quoted way too high. I… read more decided to go with Paul's Windows. They took the measurements and ordered the windows. Then when the windows were ready from the manufacturer, they came and installed it real quick. Quality windows and quality job. I am happy with the results.

After getting many different quotes from big name stores, we turned to Paul's Windows. We needed to replace all our single-pane aluminum windows to double-pane windows. Not to mention, our… read more windows had to have grids and match our current HOA requirements. We also wanted to change 2 doors to have beautiful sliding glass doors. Paul's Windows were easy to contact and provided a quote much lower than their competitors. They were communicative throughout the process and were able to install everything beautifully in one day. They left our house very clean, accommodated our pets, and even wiped down the fingerprints from the window sills when re-installing the blinds. When we realized there was a mistake on one of the windows, they promptly corrected it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend Paul's Windows to anyone who is looking to take on a window project.

6/18/2019Very happy with the whole experience of getting windows from this company.
From the initial inspection to final install and post install clean up. They communicated the fact that Milgard… read more delayed timeframe due to Covid (understandable and beyond their control). But they were worth the wait when they finally came.
I appreciate Rob , Javier and his crew. The install went smoothly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves too. Very much appreciated.
Paul's Windows is definitely “recommend -worthy”.anna g.
4/21/2021We got an estimate for new windows from this company. The guy who came out to give an estimate was friendly. He was the only one who insisted they would… read more have to cut the wall and make a bigger window in the one bedroom saying it was too high. Come to find out it wasn't it is up to fire code. Because of this, we didn't choose this company. Why would we want to pay to have a wall cut if there was no need.
They also didn't have workman's compensation insurance for their employees. The business owner claims we never got a quote from them in his reply to my review, which is not true. We had a grant from the city to have repairs done and it was the city who told me we could not use this company to do our windows due to them not having the proper coverage. This is not something that I made up nor mistook the name of the company clearly printed on one of our estimates.Di Ann K.

Paul's Windows just replaced 17 windows in our house and we couldn't be happier. Rob, our sales associate, was very communicative, quick, no pressure, and professional throughout the process. His… read more initial consultation was thorough, and he was patient in showing us the various options and finishes for windows. He sent us a quote right away, and scheduled detailed measurements within a week. He also dropped by with frame samples.
Fast forward 4 weeks later, the install crew, led by Javier, came to our house and replaced all of our windows in about 6-7 hours. They laid down fabric protection on the floors and left very little dust. The windows all look very plumb and clean, and they did a great job at framing out the windows (not the moulding, but the wood frame to seal off the vinyl frames) and priming them. We appreciated that Rob stopped by during the install to ensure things were going smoothly.
I'd highly recommend Paul's for any window needs. For reference, we replaced all of the cheap, vinyl windows that came with the house (some of which the hardware and screens were failing) with Milgard Trinsic windows in Bronze. They are much better quality and open/close so much better.Gina C.
4/14/2020I must say, I was quite impressed and wowed at the systematic, efficient and professional window installation executed by Paul's Windows. I wasn't sure they could install 25 windows in… read more a day and I was assured they could do it, and they did! I absolutely LOVE my new windows. I HIGHLY recommend them.

12/24/2019We recently got eight windows throughout our house replaced, and I'm a mostly satisfied customer. We live near a freeway and deal with 10 yappy dogs owned by two of… read more our immediate neighbors, so we needed noise reduction. Their customer service was great and didn't try to upsell me, I upsold myself and sprang for thicker double paned glass. It helped cut the highway sound but did little to help against the dogs. We might also have bad insulation, who knows, and I don't fault the company for it. Something to keep in mind though, the thicker glass may not be worth the cost.
The reason I'm leaving four instead of five stars is that when we called, we got a quote based on measurements that we gave them. We were given the initial quote and told to order by the end of August because prices were going to go up. Global supply chain issues, totally makes sense! BUT when they came to measure the windows themselves and give the final quote, it went up $600. I called to ask what was up since it was before the end of August, and got the explanation that the price had raised once already and they hadn't realized, and we'd still need to get the order in before end of August or it would go up again. I understand that times are insane right now for businesses, but it was less than ideal to have $600 thrown on top of what we expected and this hard deadline which meant we couldn't shop around anymore. I wish I had been given accurate information from the start.Lauren G.

Great work. Did a retrofit dual pane window setup. They finished 9 windows in 4 hours. Very professional and pricing is on point. Everything turned out as expected and very… read more professional workers. I would definitely recommend this to others.

11/26/2019The experience was great from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment to get a quote was super easy. Rob was very responsible and patient when answering my question. The… read more quote was very reasonable. I got a total of three estimates. Once it came to install, Javier and the crew were great. They stayed within the time frame and cleaned after themselves.
I just asked Rob for another quote for another project and the same experience has continued. I'd encourage you to ask for a quote and see for yourself.Felipe M.
8/25/20212 months later we are still happy with our windows.
They required a 10% deposit to order the windows. The estimated date for windows to arrive was 4 months. We… read more went with our instinct and trusted Fabricio. Thank goodness, we only waited 2 months. Fabricio was nice and professional. He gave us quotes to compare between pacific windows and Milgard. I think they are decently priced. The price difference wasn't much so we went with milgard retrofit. About $600/window. The crew of 6 came. Each guy had individual jobs. They covered the floors and cleaned after themselves.
We are satisfied with the overall outcome. I highly recommend and support this small business.Joy K.
