The quotes I received were outrageously high. I seriously considered doing the job myself. But then I got a reply from Art at Paul's Windows. Art was quick and professional. He answered my questions, he scheduled a team member to come out and take measurements, and the best part was the quote was exactly what I was hoping for. I will definitely use Paul's Windows in the future for all my window needs. The way they handled my small job indicates how great they'd be with a large job. And again, the quote far outshined the competition. I highly recommend.

Why would they even come out to my home and waste both of our times? Why give a quote? Why spend two weeks of time on this before finally sharing this information? This was our first major home repair, and I've worked with other companies to do other repairs since, so now I appreciate what a freaking gem Paul's Windows really is.

I just wrote an update on my initial review that mentioned some super minor concern with the caulk peeling on our windows now that it's been a while since the initial installation. I immediately got a response from the company asking to come take a look at it. This was a minor detail in a five star review update, they could have let it slide. But they didn't, they called me immediately. So, now I just needed to update my update! I'm a little older and wiser, and I know how insanely awesome that is that a company would be so responsive to their customers. I will recommend Paul's Windows to anyone and everyone… ever because it's SO evident that they really do take pride in their work, sell quality products, and are the definition of going above and beyond.

Their prices were far more competitive than any company I contacted. The day of installation they worked very efficiently and had the job done in an hour. They even helped me move all my furniture back in place after I rearranged the room so they could work.

Thank goodness, we only waited 2 months. Fabricio was nice and professional. He gave us quotes to compare between pacific windows and Milgard. I think they are decently priced. The price difference wasn't much so we went with milgard retrofit. About $600/window. The crew of 6 came. Each guy had individual jobs. They covered the floors and cleaned after themselves.
We are satisfied with the overall outcome. I highly recommend and support this small business.

My girlfriend asked her friends since she's a realtor who is the best and most recently priced company for windows and Paul's was the number one answer. I have them come out and give me an estimate I could not believe the price they quoted me. It takes several months for them to order the parts due to Covid and freight shipping they called me on Friday and said they'd be out on Tuesday. They showed up right on time and believe it or not they were done in less than six hours with nine windows.  The crew was awesome and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Paul's windows for any of your window needs. At least get a quote from them before you tackle the project. Can't wait to turn up my stereo to full blast and no one will hear me outside!!!

The only reason I did not use Paul's Windows was because our recently hired handyman's father-in-law just happened to be in the window business and he was introduced to us just last week. We could not pass up the “family” discount, but to clarify, Paul's Windows was so competitive that their estimate was not too far off from the “family” discount.  
I had 5 window companies quote the job (yes, a bit of an overkill) and Paul's Windows was by far the most reasonably priced company. Fabricio was attentive and available to answer my numerous questions while Ana (office personnel) provided me additional support and quotes when requested. This company has a great team and you should not hesitate to hire them.

We own a 1950's era apartment window with old aluminum louvered windows, and have been gradually replacing them with… read more new dual-glazed, energy efficient windows.  Paul's Windows team has this down to a science!!! They come and measure very carefully – (after close to 55 window replacements there has never been 1 mistake), and the order is placed.  Even with supply-chain delays, the lead-time was a few weeks less than they quoted, which really helped get the vacant apartment back on the market.  
Installation is always smooth and well choreographed, and clean-up is meticulous.  Highly recommend them.
